1. Can I request my wig in a small/large cap?
Yes, our small size is 21.5 inches and our large size is 23.5 inches. You need to know your own size before making a proper decision. If you opt for these special sizes, you may need to wait for an extra 3-5 days. Would you like to wait? Also, there will be an extra $10 fee for making the special size for you. If you want to change your size, please contact our support team at support@glammane.fr.

2. Is your hair 100% natural human hair? What is the quality?
We sell beautiful, natural and nice virgin hair. It is 100% human hair and top quality virgin hair without shedding or split ends. Our hair can be styled according to your need.

3. What is the difference between HD lace wig and normal lace wig?
HD Lace wig is a lace wig with the special Swiss Lace Top (undetectable). For HD lace wig, it is Swiss Lace, which comes in medium brown. It is already bleached as long as the hair does not fall out. If you need more bleaching, you can do it yourself or ask a hairdresser to help you. It cannot be bleached deeply, because there is a high risk of breaking the lace.

4. What is the difference between the Ready-to-Go Collection and the regular lace wig?
The Prêt-à-Partir collection is our new collection that helps you install your wig in less than 5 minutes without glue. The lace is pre-cut by default and melts on your skin thanks to the HD quality, so you just have to wear it and you are ready to go!

Shipping

1. How long will my hair be shipped after I place an order?
Our shipping cycle is 3-5 business days. Normal stock: Frontal, Extensions, Closure. If the order adds the customized service, it will take an extra 2-4 days to be ready to ship. In any case, we will confirm the lead time when placing the order.


2. How long can I receive the package?
We use DHL, FedEx, UPS or La Poste. Usually, the package will be delivered within 10 to 12 working days in France and Belgium. For further questions regarding the delay, please contact the support team support@glammane.fr


3. Do I have to pay shipping costs?
Our shipping fee is free. However, some remote areas need to charge an extra fee of 20 euros. In any case, we will confirm the extra fee if there is any.


4. Do I have to pay customs duties?
Normally, all taxes are already included in the price. If this is not the case, you can contact support@glammane.fr for solutions.

Return policy

1. If I don't like it or place a wrong order, can I return it? Can I get the full amount?
If you don't want your order or you place a wrong order or want a longer length and want to exchange the order, you need to return the product to our factory based in China within 14 days and pay the return shipping cost and we will refund you the full amount if the returned product is in its original condition.


2. Can I have a return label if I return it?
We do not provide a return label. If you need to return, please contact us by email first, then we will provide you with the return information.


3. If I return the package, do I have to pay the return shipping cost?
If the return is due to our problems (such as wrong products, product quality problem), we will refund your returned shipping cost in full; If the return is due to buyer's problems (such as I don't like/don't want, I order wrong product/size), the return shipping cost is your responsibility.


4. How long can I get a refund if I return it?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and the refund will automatically be returned to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Normally, this takes 5-7 business days.
